Good afternoon! Hope you are well. Are you all ready for the 4th? Its coming up in only a few days – its hard to believe its already July – my little guy will be 6 months old on Saturday!
I am trying to get a little BBQ together, especially since we have family coming from out of town. We will probably just be hanging around the house, in and out of the pool, so I think I will do a little decorating to make it feel more festive.
I also wanted to make my little guy a “My First 4th of July” t-shirt so I came up with this tie that you can print and apply as an iron on transfer. I thought it was so cute I made a few more with different designs and words. I am offering one free or you can check out the other designs in my etsy shop.
I used dark transfer paper, even though I was transferring to a white shirt, because I like the quality of the dark transfer paper better. Here’s the one I used today. I think I got it at Michaels. All you have to do is print out the design on the paper, per the instructions, then cut it out. To iron on, just follow the instructions they provide. Its super easy! I think it turned out pretty cute!Click to download the pdf to your computer: first 4th tie
